These bands are terrific for many different types of exercises... they really seem to be the perfect exercise equipment for your "home gym" (my "home gym" went from three drawers to just one little section of a single drawer)!
Each of the five bands are 5 feet long and each offers a different level of resistance from light to heavy. Each bag includes one red, one orange, one yellow, one green, and one light blue band.
